Trul has 110,000,000 shares outstanding at full dilution if I read into this correctly. On the surface it appears that there are under 8,000,000 shares but the super voting shares convert to voting shares at a high ratio. This means that the market cap is over $1B rather than the stated cap of $75M (ish). - a major consideration.

Correct me if I’m wrong.
