You are correct 110m shares and fully diluted 118.5. So at $10 it's currently capped at $1.1B. GTII and MMED both have lower last Q revenues, much higher Operating costs and are not profitable. Hence TRUL capitalization should IMO move closer and perhaps past these two's over the coming weeks. GLTA
