I spoke with Soy last week and I was told that they had some obstacles with HC and they asked for additional things such as enhancement on the security system etc. They have complied and they are moving in the right direction but did say they may take some time before they receive a licence from HC but also they were very confident they will get it. He also stated that the private placement was at a discounted price but they had little choice since they had to raise funds to finish what was required. I personally have invested in this company and was hoping I would be cashing in sooner rather than later but I’m hopeful something positive will happen within a few months. Having said that they will not be getting a licence before the legalization date of Oct 17
