RE:RE:Volume
RE:RE:VolumeAt this stage, the legalization date is meaningless to Vodis. It would be impossible for them to have product ready for sale in time if they were licenced a month ago. That advantage is forever lost to the company. I can't remember exactly when, but they talked about Health Canada requesting security improvements some time ago, and that the company was complying and that the licence was coming "soon".
I remain skeptical of any news from Vodis. They have failed to execute in a number of areas, and I have seen no evidence of improved competence.
Don't get me wrong, I hope that things turn around, and that I can recoup some of my investment. I would love to see something concrete indicating forward movement, but I haven't yet.

He also stated that the private placement was at a discounted price but they had little choice since they had to raise funds to finish what was required. I personally have invested in this company and was hoping I would be cashing in sooner rather than later but I’m hopeful something positive will happen within a few months. Having said that they will not be getting a licence before the legalization date of Oct 17
