This is what happens when management keeps on pumping the stock by saying they have 'big news' coming out in the future, and letting everyone down when the 'big announcement' is released. PwC wan't a big announcement, big announcement at the party was obsolete as well. Guys, management cannot sit on BIG NEWS. They have to announce material facts, as it becomes known to them in order to comply with securities laws. This thing is a pump up and I have no idea how they are going to make any substantial money. They aren't going to be getting volume discounts on products, and they won't be able to undercut sales pricing as pricing is going to be regulated.
I will agree on the pumping cos that's what they have done for a bought deal at $3.
I think giving false hope to their loyal fans on this board of $4us NASDAQ uplist was a just a skip down yellow brick road, Sean & Kory knew full well that was not going to be the case yet coming on 4/20 for pep talks... a complete bluff ! ..... if NAMASTE makes it to NASDAQ they will pull another bought deal YOU JUST WATCH !!!! ... & that will kill any SP moving up just like now after SL announcement. I will continue to be LONG but now just don't trust these guys it's all about the $$$$$$$$ !
While I am still long as well I feel a little blindsided along with many of you. The Nasdaq listing was the main reason I was holding which is where I believe the company will get the recognition it deserves but that now appears to be a lot further away than it was even yesterday. I will be keen to listen to what they have to say today in the 420 but the press release was not very widely distributed and so makes me wonder a bit too. This announcement 6 months ago would have been music to my ears but now at this point creates a barrier to Nasdaq
