$100,000,000 U.S. Private Placement at $3.00 U.S. would add another 33 million shares and the market cap on cash alone would be $1.50 plus for BTRU... yes, yes... I know, been here a Year almost and still waiting... Must say, this can jump pretty quick on that news and finally get BTRU's plans kicked into high gear in a big way...
