RE:Perhaps the trading halt pending news is simply a reactionI am guessing that there is a buyout deal on the table. MDM needs to raise capital down the road to get to a decent SP evaluation.  Just a guess, but the volume buying at >1mm shares daily has been trading for several days. Perhaps a takiver target is buying.
