I have never seen
I have never seena company with such a good, simple plan turn it into a clusterfuch so badly. The original idea of cannabinoid infused edibles was great and should have garnered a good portion of the market, for those that can't or choose not to smoke.
Colorado took forever to get going and hindsight tells us that EAT has its nuts in the wringer because of residency requirements. I'm not sure if Palo Verde is going to wind up with the Colorado assets because of this. My expectation was the value added stream flow that seems to be out of reach.
I have high hopes for California and feel that the full force of the braintrust and investor's money, should be put into California to generate revenue and get one success story behind us so we can expand.
Flitting all over the world trying to lock up real estate and do deals without a solid gameplan is crazy. EAT has a long history of rubbing up on potential partners and making a big fluffy nr about it and then it is soon forgotten. There are a lot of deals that didn't happen or were made in haste imho and a lot of deals that just turned out bad.
The right management that can keep business fundamentals at the forefront would wait to see light at the end of the tunnel before rushing in blindly.
Some companies are legitimate greenrush players, some are well intentioned and some are outright scams.
There is a lot of conglomeration and buy outs happening but I don't hear of any for EAT.
It is going to take some real, positive development to move our shareprice up. I have hung my hope on V.NU who we are rubbin' up on who have successful products and intentions of adding cannabinoids to them with EAT doing something like oils or distribution in California.
I would welcome a Neutrisci product that could adress pain issues from arthritis and it is my understanding that is what they are trying to do. They seem to have some good distribution of their products happening and are international to the best of my understanding. glta and dyodd
