Common sense is buy rumour/hype, sell on news/bubble pop. The hype buying has already been done the last 3 years, and now reality is coming very soon. It will take 3 months from Oct. 17 for financials to start showing the reality of the market, so there is theoretical time left. But with everyone having the 17th in mind, all the smart traders/investors will be taking profit well ahead of the herd, which one could argue has already started.

With valuations so high, Oct. 17th and first financials will most like be bear catalysts. But anything can happen.
