Long Term Outlook

Long Term OutlookDon't kid yourself on this one.  The crown jewel at play here is a 2,000,000 sq foot high tech greenhouse in Delta that will be converted from tomatoes to cannabis.  This dwarfs the Heidelberg facility that I believe is 10,000 square feet in a warehouse facility.  No comparison.  I live close enough to the Delta facility to understand the size of it as well as to smell the cannabis growing in other nearby greenhouse facilities operated by Canopy Growth and others.   Somewhere in the background is a long term plan that has DOCC effectively taking over this whole facility, either through some kind of RTO or spinoff.  Those details will get figured out by Houweling and DOCC, along with PUF.  This has likely been the plan since back in June.  I don't think Houweling and DOCC are just playing around with this.  If the first payment for October 8th gets completed, this whole thing will move very quickly.  Eventually, DOCC and Houweling are going to be very big players in this market.
