Awful time for Financing

Awful time for FinancingDan ruined the momentum the stock price had had! Just awful time to do this, I thought there was a 10 million line of credit? Use that for now. These warrants are hoing to keep the price below $2 for quite a while as did the other cheaper warrants. Dan should have given his head a shake.  Sometimes I wonder if it is his poor judgement or is he being influenced by the majority share holder who writes his pay checks. Bad decisions with Gene Simmons, the ticker symbol after Gene Simmons and now another with a poor timed financing!
