Issue at 29

Time to ramp up drilling. Let’s see how much of the deal goes to insiders. Big buys, 20% from Chinese and 10% plus from mgmt would be a good sign. I’ll put in for some if I can. I don’t deal with mackie but hopefully bank firms can buy. Banks like to blacklist any deals other than their own.
