don't read too much into it now.. ask yourself this. Will you hold the stock (or hold and buy more if it drops) expecting management miss deadline again? If no, sell Thursday and friday. . Then buy back after the drop or after report comes out.. (if report comes out on time, you will pay a premium.. but much less risk. If answer is yes, just chill and not worry too much... get more money and buy more if report doesn't show. Remember .. insiders, friends, and family already know the details of the report and timing of the report... so.. at this time.. it's either waiting for people to sell or insiders are creep selling. Track the stock volume and brokerages for transaction volume and draw your own conclusion. Again.. this is a small cap stock .. it's not meant to he easy and DD is at least 10x more than just buying blue chip like Bank of America. (I e. Tracking buyers and sellers daily means something for small cap than large cap)
