The warrants will bring in some cash,but in the scheme of dope stocks,not that much and then they are off the book,hence the willingness to issue more.
the bank line is for existing works now.i suspect that the new coin is needed to close one of those "letters of intent" or options on the "undisclosed" operations in BC that gene has been pursuing.
lots of antsy people out there and there is a sense of the clock ticking to get some.
