Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Lastly, a good question would be why I own APH today and not buy a few days before 12 Oct.
No one cares of your paltry APH holdong or anything else

If I were CEO it would be an all out focus to get everything in place for a US listing and a confirmed date from the exchange.
You are not CEO grade material, never will be., move along

Before the NR went out I would have the COO set up another meeting with Diageo (or another potential suitor) and advise them.  This affords an opportunity to negotiate better terms for APH and in turn its shareholders (of which, as a shareholder, the CEO stands to gain as well).
Leaking inside Corp info before a trade halt, market informed, ILLEGAL.
How do shareholders benefit when you inform a suitor to buy, deal now at a  lower sp before a new share, exchange listing and purported sp spike up?!
hello anyone home here..

Though 12 Oct is the most likely day when any substantive NRs are released, given this plausible scenario I am prepared for a surprise announcement between now and then.  That's why I hold APH now and not chasing after these other fluff NRs.
Even ProfC and Athene are growing a bit tiresome with the innuendo and the veiled hints of an inside scoop..  You may want to and yourself
