How about hireing a business person

These microscope people arn't very good at promotion and its time they got some real business people to move this company foreward.Time to amalgemate with another larger player.If the Chinese were doing this there would be no question they would be years ahead in developement of this technology.Its like they are living off the availes og the different Govt departments that are throwing money at them.Just ONE licenseing contract just ONE and Id have some confidence in this BOD.
