Word on the street in Ontario is very few people are going to be signing up to Doug Fords goverbnment MJ website to give away all their private info, FCK THAT!!. I persoanlly believe the black market will absolutely thrive come OCT 18. There are illrgal dispenseries all over the city, and once legal it will be impossible to track black market activities. Who's going to give their info to the man, and buy their over priced mass produced chemical weed after all these years of being threatened with jail by the very same bunch of phonies!! You'll see alot of these over valued MJ comapnies sink like a stone.
