In one sense you're right, Proof of concept is extremely important so its worth looking at that critically when a management makes such a claim.
What we have is some limited data that fits with a certain hypothesis. Its fine for management to tout this as a 'proof of concept' but what it really means is it validates going forward with their 'OTS' approach. The real 'proof of concept' in my mind will come when they have the OTS products up and running and can show that targeting each patient with the correct matching product improves clinical outcomes. The results yesterday are certainly very promising but I'd be more demanding and say we're not quite there yet in terms of proof of concept.
