RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:How many companies nownot that it matters because the bill was passed. But if it was not then HEMP would have been illegal and CBD is derrived from HEMP. without being able to produce hemp there would be no CBD to mix into the cocktails lol,... simple enough?

BudBus wrote: Why would TNY cease to exist if the new Farm Bill doesn’t pass?

TNY is focused on THC, not CBD.

It does have a CBD drinks already on shelves - which puts it ahead of pretty much ahead of every other CBD drink company - so it stands to benefit if the bill passes.

But, the CBD side of the business has historically been small and is  not the focus of the company, so there’s really no downside if the bill doesn’t pass.

The company released that its sold more THC subsequent to Q2 than of CBD in all of 2017, so obviously it’s just bonus revenue if the new Farm Bill passes without downside.
