RE:Why the delay?

My hunch based on the recent prospectus is that will not announce a shareholder's meeting to vote on the spin out until they have finalized exactly what they will be doing for the financing of the Canadian Campus. Once they have determined what they will be doing with the CAD assets of the company, I expect more information regarding the spin out to be revealed and everything to be set in motion. 

"Funding of the Sunniva Canada Campus is anticipated to be completed through a combination of debt, mezzanine and equity financing which the Company is continuing to pursue. The Company has also retained Canaccord to review all other strategic alternatives which may include a sale of, an investment in, or a joint venture for some or all of the Company’s Canadian assets.
