I actually have a different perspective on the old CEO.. he was an officer that brings us to where we are.. however, he was also paid accordingly as CEO. He's not getting paid the same as his officer days. . Increased pay and position comes with higher expectation. .. The problem with alot of people these days is that they get too comfortable as they move ranks within the company that they used "seniority" as a means to move up the ladder rather than hard work. If Paul spent his last 2 years working just as hard as he was when he started working. . I'm sure his pay would be much higher now as the company is getting more successful. All thsee delays and "retiring" proves to us that he's not management material and his own ego or comfort caused him his own job. . I don't pity people who don't work hard.
