RE:RE:RE:Why the delay?It is my understanding that in order to sell part or all of the Canadian assets, a spin out would be required. If they do sell all, including the CAD facility and NHS, I assume that money will be pumped into the US side to aggressively pursue further vertical integration in California and other US states.

When the spin out was first announced, Beacon Security Analyst Doug Cooper said, “Such a spin strategy sets the company up for M&A – either for some of its parts to be taken out (i.e., Canada) or for SNN to pursue M&A on its own – especially in the U.S.,” Cooper wrote.
