Do the math - a buyback creates value at current levels and substantially increases shareholder value. For those of you calling for a sale or a privatization this makes your potential value better.  Interesting that you complain when it should help your cause if thats what you want.  As for a dividend that just does nothing/subtracts from your growth outlook. No comparison. If you don't agree re-run your numbers and happy to see what you come up with.  With all the excess cash the buyback doesn't impact their growth on their own - plenty to go around.  Value creating options are good.
