RE:RE:RE:RE:STOP BUYING ICC SHARES!I believe the $1.95 is derived from taking the VWA for 20 days prior to Sept 7th and dividing it by 0.2448. Correct me if I'm wrong. I guess the real question is: when this deal closes do I get .2448 shares for every 1 share of ICC...period.
