RE:WHY A DIVIDEND? It will bring share value to zerodo you really ask? A dividend of .0.075 CAD is in all investors best interest - we could increase capital at 0.20 or 0.30 or .... if BullRun will move a right deal i think no problem - but as long as the stock trades that below cash - best investment is paying cash back to shareholders or buying back own stock! BUT current managmenet plans WHILE we are trading that cheap - to spend the cash in a crazy expensive deal without transparency and potential to make money for all of us... you should take a look what the current management was doing the last several years - they are on a way destroying this company and burning the cash down

I voted YELLOW and with their illegal action to postpone the meeting current management showed how they are treating us shareholders...
