RE:Time For A Management Update

RE:Time For A Management UpdateHow's this?

"Dear Shareholders,

We apologize for the stock price on Granite Oil. As you are surely aware, investing in Canadian oil has not been very profitable because of discounted oil pricing thanks for our incompetent federal government.  You elected the stoner, we did not.

On a stock like GXO, we are profitable but once we pay for dividends, we are not. So the market does not like this. Our stock price is trading as if the dividend was slashed but it's not. We remain very depressed with a market cap of just $62 Million on assets over $283 Million.

The problem with our stock is we are a target for a takeover. They participants involve are aiming to decrease the price as much as possible and we understand why shareholders are disappointed. We are at or near the bottom.

If you have held on to this stock to these lows, if you sell now, you will be giving away your shares to the market pros who caused the stock to crash from the low $3s to the high $1s.

We are in negotiations and therefore are in a blackout period.  While you wait, please enjoy at 15. 16% dividends on shares you purchase at these prices. We do not plan to stash the dividends, the only people who really want that are short sellers to avoid having to pay them".
