However the majority the clinics prescribe oils and creams rather than marijuana to smoke... So I'm not quite sold on the 30 gram/patient per month figure. Automation and maximum yield on square footage will be key moving forward for small to mid level LPs like Aleafia. Havent really read news about such verticle grow technologies on any of the LP's websites. Are you aware of any postings from other LP's with regards to such technologies being used?
Dried cannabis can be cooked with your meals as well. I used 30 gram/ month because that is currently average recommendation from most clinics. There has not been a reliable data yet based on history of patients consumption. Oil will be too expensive for average income household. Cooking with dried cannabis is a thrifty alternative.
Aleafia is in automation and FSD pharma is in hydrophonic. Agribusiness sector is adopting automation at high level now. It doesn't make sense for this cannabis sector to adopt old methodology for long term. Vertical farming for this industry is feasible. I think it is Ideal for plants up too 2m in height. Automatic shelf adjustment has not been invented yet. Singapore has a small plot of vertical farming in urban setting and from their reseach COGS is significantly lower compare to traditional farming. Most of our commodities or foods increase depending on how far they traveled and how they are produced. At the end people have different preference.
craft beer vs cheap beer
Supreme Cannabis vs Aleafia
High quality vs automation mass produce
I put my money in both
Growing too fast is bad and will hurt the operational cost. We were at brick to mortar era and shift to e-commerce. Does it make sense to go back and have many employees? employees productivity in this industry = production output / # of employee
FSD pharma wants to employ 1500 people but that because they want to operate in larger size. With Canntab they want to produce non-oil PILL. They need to learn from Aleafia
MedMen is in Cannabis vertical farming
