RE:RE:RE:Wow, such a disaster here...Sorry to say there is nothing left to play out. This is a failed company. It's been gutted because there lenders made them sell of their assets. An awful management team to say the least. Melman is a scam artist (and tax cheat) who fouled many, myself included.

My guess is they are trying to sell or "transfer" the remaining assets to some group of shareholders and repay the debt with little ot nothing left over and then it becomes a shell that someone will use for a reverse takeover.

A joke. The warrants are obviously worthless as this is never going to see $11 or w/e the strike price is ever.
