First Post!

First Post!I reside in the US and as such, unable to buy shares at this time. In addition, its looks like Riley Resources is just getting started and with no properties (that I know of) to assess at this time. Stockhouse indicates 10.68 million shares outstanding and I would suppose the Company will be working on an initial capital raise to go shopping for properties/fund the Company.

Can't really say there is a near term catalyst on this one. As evident by the jump in price on the announcement and write up of William Lamb joining the Company, that most likely was the catalyst til such time RLY acquires a property. What exactly they might be going after is open ended imo. Mr. Lamb did good with diamonds and lithium but as management has stated: "...the Company is looking for advance stage assets and the best transactions possible to add value to investors."

To close, what caught my attention is Mr. Lamb's connection with Grenville Thomas. His daughter Eira Thomas now runs Lucara Diamonds that Mr. Lamb co-founded and his son Garath Thomas now runs Westhaven Resources (WHN). I'm invested in WHN and my due diligence introduced me to the Thomas family and now Mr. Lamb. I'm very happy with WHN and I suspect I will eventually be very happy with RLY. Assuming, of course, a US listing.

I will check in from time to time.
