Finally got my hands on some of the White Buffalo flower from Trulieve. This is some kickass flower, not for beginners. I'd recommend this for any patients who need a strong pain/inflammation relief throughout the day but aren't looking for the sedative effects of an Indica. Really enjoyed this one, and the visuals were just a delicious treat.

Trulieve Market Cap (fully diluted): approximately $1.6 billion
Canopy Market Cap (fully diluted): approximately $ 20 billion

Trulieve has %75 market share in Florida with population of 21 million
Canopy has %30 market share in Canada with population of 36 million

Trulieve active patients: 83,000
Canopy active patients: 82,700

Trulieve revenue last Q: $30 million cdn
Canopy revenue last Q: $25 million cdn

Trulieve EBITDA last Q: $18.45 million cdn
Canopy last Q : $90 million net loss

Trulieve: 7 other producers in Florida
Canopy: 119 other producers in Canada

Trulieve has been operating less than 2 years as medical got passed in November 2016 and currently is only selling shatter, vapes, oils, pills, concentrates, etc. NOT BUD. The issue of allowing bud is heading to the Supreme court of Florida this year. Canopy has been operating since 2014 selling bud and more recently oils and pills. They have edibles and concentrates to look forward to next year. Quite the opposite there.

In my eyes, at $20 billion Canopy has almost everything but international sales baked in. Trulieve presents an opportunity to "get into Canopy again in the year 2016". Florida will have recreational on the voters bill the next 2020 election which is just a short 2 years away. Federally it might even be a democratic campaign pledge to not make it illegal at the federal level but rather let the states decide. That would allow Nasdaq/ NYSE listings, cross border shipping, and export. It might be a bit early to expect full legalization across all 50 states in the year 2020, but you never know how fast things can progress in the next 2 years.

Lots to look forward to with Trulieve. Do your own due diligence but this looks like a solid 2 year hold for me. I'm not into pumping but if someone wants to share this message with the other boards, please feel free to do so.

Cheers!
