I was told from a reliable source (who got email from management) that the director have been forced to sell some for personal reasons, while I note he has a substantial holding left. Obviously that is always the case ie ”personal reasons”, but if he sold based on material information not disclosed to us, that would be insider trading ie  that would illegal. Typically I dont like seeing insider selling, for whatever the reason might be, but in this case I’m comfortable, valuation is just so pathetically low so he must be really desperate. Maybe the wife has been pushing year after year to renovate the terrace :-)
