BTW, for weeks now RBC has been a size buyer, along with Goldman. Last time Wilks took a position, they used ITG(house 14) on the 1st 11% moslty(some BMO with blocks) and switched over the RBC on the rise to 19.99%. Smells awful Wilksy to me.

My personal opinion is TCW is valued to low compared to their peers and if LNG takes off there will be a big pickup in drilling and TCW and the other drillers will see a surge in the stock price.
