With Aurora purchasing ICC Labs at $1.95/share, with issuing ACB shares based on a 20 day moving average, the sooner the date the better with the value of ACB shares going up. Yesterday the 20 day MA was 8.91/share for ACB. Every trading day ACB shares go up, we will get less ACB shares per ICC share.

I was hoping you knew of a closing date for the purchase?
