RE:No halt ?

A bit suspect that it hasn’t caused a halt, when numerous other stocks recently needed a halt pending company contact after such moves. I was watching it one second it was .165 then I blink and it shows .27 but then quickly traded to .195 where I should have bought. A flash pop to .27 would attract other traders for sure. Will be interesting to see if news follows, or someone just screwed up with a market buy and sucked everyone else in
