RE:I don’t understand...James I got so fed up with the share price performance and lack of insight from management or concerns regarding so that I contacted Pendefund who own 18% of the outstanding shares. I mentioned I would support them if they put forth a nominee for our board. I believe the Insiders aren’t doing all they can to support the company, they hold little shares and haven’t added in the years I have been a share holder.
