RE:RE:MedMen Takeout Imminent!

RE:RE:MedMen Takeout Imminent! I don't have proof, but MedMen Executives hold a lot of Captor Shares.

Adam Beirman - MedMen Co-Founder and CEO and Andrew Modlin Co-Founder and President took part in a private placement of Captor Capital back in December 2017. 10 million shares each.

In Feb 2018 other MedMen took part in another PP. MedMen employees I found on this include Chris Gannan Chief Strategy Officer 4.875 million shares and James Parker CFO 7.5 million shares

Reverse split for Captor and MedMen just raised $86 million, the timing could be coincidence or maybe they have been planning this all along. Either way, Captor looks well positioned with or without a buyout.
