why is that paranoid ??? Because banks are honest ??lololol .. My fiance works as a headhunter .. I have seen what these senior analysts make , and it's mind blowing . 10 to 12 k a week with flexible hours . I used to wonder why they wouldn't do it on their own . First answer is FEAR and complacency . Second answer is huge salary with bonus and job security . These applicants understand how the markets work and that there is a technique to it . Nothing is perfect , but they are compensated to do the best job that they can do . BANKS are recruiting brilliant minds daily !
