VANCOUVER: Avcorp Industries Inc. (TSX: AVP) (the “Company”, “Corporation”, “Avcorp” or the “Avcorp Group”) announces the closing of a non-revolving term loan agreement (“loan”) with Panta Canada B.V. (“Panta”) in the principal amount of USD$3,500,000 effective September 24, 2018.
