This well has either been finished a long time ago, or it is being slow walked. I tend to think it is the later. But if that is true, that is another example of bad management. Drill rigs are expensive and generally charge by the day. But this is Mexico, so who knows. Certainly not me.



You are speculating....don't do that. Call and email ROE and get answers from them and ask questions...you know more about oil that most do so contact ROE and talk to them and update us after
