110 million is fully diluted share count. If you wanted to buy this company you would need to pay 22 * 110 million for it. That's 2.22 billion dollars.

The amount of shares that are currently outstanding and theoretically tradeable are around 8 million, but I forgot how much is owned by management and not likley to be tradeable for now.
