Another PP

Another PPI assume that because they have around $600.000 left in the kitty.  The work they have to do, cost of the pilot plant and the cost of the reports they are undertaking will leave them with  no cash  remaining.  Just add up the figures and it doesn't take a genius to figure out tha they wil have to go to the market soon, soon, soon.
