RE:Suits ..........and the suits at HSE could not have picked a better time to take advantage of heavy discounts.  Value of WCS continues to erode ... discount >$37 today.  Assuming HSE's play is successful at $11 (or a small addition to get MEG BOD support) ... this will be exceptional value in 12-24 months when WCS discounts have recovered.
