Add the future LNG opportnity and the valuation definitely does not decrease. IT just increased 30% at a minimum.

You are kidding yourself if you don't think that there are companies strategizing on how they will grow through acquiisition to meet future demand. Recall the average land price valuation of $945M (Yes land only) and the current EV of $920M with facilities and 60,000 BOE/D (yes - post LNG announcement it is cheaper than the auctioned land value).
