!Effective at the opening on Thursday, Oct, 4, 2018, the securities of Buzz Capital Inc. will resume trading, a news release having been issued on Sept. 28, 2018, announcing that the company will not be proceeding with its business combination with Kaya Inc., which was previously announced on March 16, 2018. The transaction contemplated would have constituted a qualifying transaction.
