For over a year now Raouf has been touting Q4 as the turning point with "significant" DC sales.  The results of Q4 may not be announced till February next year.  So unless SEV announces orders and their size as this quarter proceeds we're going to be stuck here for four months  and then will depend on Q4 results they announce.
