What we will get is a bit more detail and a confirmation that the deal has actually closed. That said, I'm not sure I would want Molson taking a bigger equity stake. I like the idea that Hexo is free to negotiate other JVs with other companies under this structure. quote=Spectra7]'The seeds of doubt" fuel the fire CEO misses his very first date forecast (JV ) then during his sales pitch in Europe, he reiterates the profit structure of the JV...57%-43%...to some that triggered the thought that Molson will NOT have an equity stake in Hexo beyond the agreed upon warrants. BOOM....seeds of doubt, trigger the sell, run the price down, make some $$$, if you play that way. Very interesting. Will will see green today at the finish???

i have many many seenda of doubt but they don’t happen to be with HEXO. Other LPs are doubtful.
I don’t think HEXO can announce JV until Belleville rezoning is confirmed. However once again the annoyance is with a lack of info being released in a statement but finding things out other way. For instance quinte news says construction on Belleville location would start immediately. Also says hiring  for March. Yet nothing has been said officially to shareholders. RIposte is rightfully annoyed.
