Response from ASC - Need to Contact OSC!

Response from ASC - Need to Contact OSC!

FYI... below is a response to the email sent:

"Thank you for your online complaint to the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC) regarding Growmax Resources Corp. (GRO).

The ASC is responsible for administering Alberta securities laws, including investigating, prosecuting and sanctioning breaches.  The ASC also refers complaints to other regulators or self-regulatory bodies when appropriate.

In Canada, securities regulation is governed provincially, with regulators cooperating and working together to protect investors as much as possible. Corporations that issue securities in Canada are primarily responsible to their “principal regulator”.  With respect to your complaint, please note that the principal regulator of GRO is the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).  Therefore, OSC would be responsible for evaluating concerns, investigating issues, and taking any actions against the company.  The ASC has taken the liberty of forwarding your complaint by way of this email to the OSC for assessment.   If staff of the OSC requires additional information or wish to follow up with you, they will contact you directly."
