RE:RE:RE:RE:financing still not completedRead the acquisition agreements - and it says the closing date will be a date that is mutually agreed upon by all parties BUT will be no later than the "Outside Date" which is defined as October 31st, 2018.

I think they had endeavoured to get it done by end of September, but these things always slip - especially in a situation this complex.
