RE:We have a CEO and his name is GUY CHAMBERLAND!!I agree. I had doubts at first about Guy being the CSO and CEO at the same time but I now think that he is doing a great job in both positions. He is on top of his CEO and CSO duties. You can see that in the results.

People need to stop treating TBP like an LP, this is pharma now and we need to stay focused in that area. Who better to have in charge of the business than Guy himself.

I somewhat agree that adding a big-time Pharma execuative out of the US would certainly open some eyes and some doors. I was told by IR that they were actively seeking to hire a new CEO and giving themselves 6-8 month window for that process (I believe that was June/July). So they are interviewing / searching for a CEO, but I'd rather have Guy run the show than the alternative (Ryan Brown / Bernard Fortier), simply based on what we saw out of both of those.

It's just a matter of time before Tetra graduates to the big-time and Guy knows this, but he wants a CEO that is passionate about TBP and has plan to grow the company, not just strategize about the next buy out. As Tetra expands the business and it becomes more dynamic in the area of international pharma we will need to upgrade the management team.

Out with Audet and Rancourt (money men), in with Giguere, Courchesne, Neron, etc... I personally don't believe we "need" the CEO figure head just yet, but likely in time for full commercialization of our drug products. Having a big time CEO would help navigate through the corporate world. I truly believe Guy sees this thing as a long project which he'll build for long-term success. Last thing we need is someone who's geared to sell out, You know Guy has a few more projects he'd like to bring forward to the table, like the R&D on Cannabinoid treatment for Cancerours Tumors, finding a cure for cancer may just be the underlining ticket to hug riches here, let them do their woffbut it certainly wouldn't hurt our situation.

If you go to the Tetra website and check out the staff Tetra has added in 2018 it points to commercialized operations! Only slot left to fill is a new CEO, but after the $hit show of Bernard Fortier, I'm glad we're cautions about not hiring any french guy with a pharma background. That just didn't work out. Probably needs to be bi-lingual, but you never know maybe we'll snipe a Big Pharma king pin and then watch the SP move!
