RE:Net Asset Value = $0.58 -- shares now $02.8Any idea of the full impact of the purchase of Capstan on NAV/sh?  Unsure with the complexity of the transaction as documented in the news release the net effect.  Hopefully it is for a positive and not erosional...
+9MM equip +6MM real estate - 4MM equity dilution - 3MMdebt 5yr@5% - 10MM cash +outstanding debt and finance obl?? - Bridge finance cost...  Don't know if it's better on NAV paper but from the perspective of taking out a competitor and merging/streamlining lowering cost in a service area makes sense assuming they had a positive cash flow business.  And hopefully will be able to maintain positive margin pricing vs competitive pricing.

Thanks to NGL Canada!  Hopefully Transmountain can get restarted soon.  It's been a long painful ride.
